TUESDAY 2ND JULY 2002

The Inaugural Masters Competition commences. There is a competition for Men and Mixed.

There is Civic Reception to be held at the Entertainment Area on the Dressage Arena.

All Players, State Officials, visitors and supporters are asked to attend.

There will be addresses by the Chief Minister of the Northern Territory the Honourable Clare Martin, the President of the Litchfield Shire Mary Walshe, the Regional Manager of Onesteel Metaland Mr. Shane Ronayne and the President of the Polocrosse Association of Australia Mr. Peter Crauford.

All teams will be introduced to the gathering.

WEDNESDAY 3RD JULY 2002

Masters Competition continues at 10 am.

Finals of the Masters Men’s Division will commence at 6.45 pm.

Finals of the Masters Mixed Division will commence at 7.45 pm.

The Opening Ceremony of the Australian Polocrosse Championships commences at 6 pm.

There will be a grand parade of all the players competing.

There will be the raising of the “Australian Polocrosse Flag”

The Chief Minister of the Northern Territory the Honourable Clare Martin will open
the Championships.

THURSDAY 4TH JULY 2002

There will be a grand parade at 8.30 am

Competition commences for all grades at 9.30am. Three fields will be in action over the whole day.

Entertainment at“Freddies” outdoor will commence at 7 pm and end at midnight.

Feature for the night is “State of Origin – Crocodile Races” Proudly Sponsored by the Hidden Valley Tavern.

FRIDAY 5TH JULY 2002

Competition continues at 8.30am. Three fields will be in action over the whole day.

Entertainment at Freddies commences at 7 pm and will end at midnight.

SATURDAY 6TH JULY 2002

Competition continues at 8.30am. Three fields will be in action over the whole day.

Official Dinner commences at Freddies at 7pm and ends at 2 am. Entertainment by “Trailer”

SUNDAY 7TH JULY 2002

Finals of all divisions will be held all day. Only one field will be in action on this day.

Presentations to the winners will commence at 5.30 pm.

“Let Your Hair Down Function” will commence immediately after the presentations at Freddies.

Music by the band “33 1/3”. Closing time will be 2 am. Come and join the FUN.
